Th\u00e8me du jour\u00a0: \u00e9l\u00e8ves en difficult\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b><u>1. <\/u><u>m\u00e9t\u00e9o de votre rentr\u00e9e\/pourquoi on est l\u00e0\u00a0?<\/u>\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Am\u00e9lie<\/i> = soleil et nuage, groupe classe g\u00e9nial cette ann\u00e9e, les cas vraiment pesants sont partis \u2026 mais niveaux p\u00e9das tr\u00e8s h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, besoin d\u2019aesh \u00e0 la pointe\/tr\u00e8s contente de remplacer Philippe en vous accueillant dans ma classe. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Thibault\u00a0<\/i>: soleil, nouvelle ann\u00e9e qui s\u2019annonce hyper riche question ressources humaines, public de coll\u00e9giens &#8230;mais bcoup de projets qui font perdre le suivi des apprentissages \/ envie de continuer avec un groupe ICEM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Marie<\/i> = soleil, rentr\u00e9e sympa, beaucoup de productions d\u2019\u00e9crits, anglais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, projets chouettes comme les journaux, projet \u00ab\u00a0swim for change\u00a0\u00bb, vie au coll\u00e8ge top \/ravie de la vie avec le groupe ICEM74. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cathy<\/i> = soleil soleil soleil (avec ICEM76 et vous ce soir!) retrait\u00e9e et encore l\u00e0 \/encore besoin d\u2019\u00eatre avec les copains du\/des GD\u2019s, accompagnement en classe dehors, j\u2019ai du temps pour l\u2019ICEM national aussi\u00a0!!. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Anne-Charlotte<\/i> = soleil, nouvelle classe, bonne rentr\u00e9e, classe tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9ative \/toujours \u00e0 apprendre des r\u00e9unions ICEM. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Philippe<\/i> = soleil ++, contexte coll\u00e8ge d\u00e9couverte extra, tbonne ambiance avec profs du coll\u00e8ge o\u00f9 je suis rattach\u00e9 (convivialit\u00e9 ++, exemples\u00a0: g\u00e2teau du jour de chaque r\u00e9cr\u00e9 (!), dress code, soir\u00e9e festive..) et nouveau d\u00e9fi avec le PAS,travail quotidien avec une educ sp\u00e9 (acculturation!) \/ le pied avec l\u2019ICEM74, j\u2019apprends toujours quelque chose \u00e0 <u>chaque<\/u> r\u00e9union et \u00e7a me nourrit. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>2. <\/b><\/u><u><b>\u00e9chos 10<\/b><\/u><sup><u><b>e<\/b><\/u><\/sup><u><b> Journ\u00e9e de la coop \u00e0 Champagneux\u00a0<\/b><\/u><u><b>(icem73,01,69,74,71\u2026) le samedi 4 octobre<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Environ 40 personnes (20 de moins que pr\u00e9vu\u00a0: Pb autoroute\u00a0?, distance un samedi\u00a0?, flemme\u00a0?, t\u00eate d\u2019affiche du conf\u00e9rencier\u00a0?\u2026)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Conf\u00e9rence tr\u00e8s chouette pourtant et qui a beaucoup plu dans notre GD (merci Caroline!) , centr\u00e9e sur la diff\u00e9renciation, interactivit\u00e9 et r\u00e9flexion de groupes + 12 ateliers de pratique (2 ateliers annul\u00e9s en raison du manque de personnes\u2026dommage). On fera mieux la prochaine fois \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tr\u00e8s contents d\u2019avoir aider \u00e0 l\u2019orga en amont avec les copines et copains du 73.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>3. vie du GD<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u21d2 <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">calendrier et journ\u00e9es de formation 2&amp;3 avril et 25 avril\u00a0: Philippe renvoie le calendrier en format num\u00e9rique pour distribuer dans nos r\u00e9seaux<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u21d2 <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">audience du GD74 \u00e0 la DSDEN ce jeudi 16 octobre\u00a0: Philippe s\u2019y rendra seul au final (difficile pour autre membre d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 17h \u00e0 Annecy!) et parlera de la vie du GD, son calendrier de r\u00e9unions + journ\u00e9e<b>s<\/b> de formation pr\u00e9vues en 2025-26 ICEM74, 73-74, avec snuipp\/ageem\/occe\/gfen74.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b><u>4. <\/u><u>Th\u00e8me du jour\u00a0:<\/u> \u00e9l\u00e8ves en difficult\u00e9 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En intro, Philippe demande au groupe \u00a0: <i>C\u2019est quoi pour vous la \u00ab\u00a0difficult\u00e9 scolaire\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0?<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Thibault\u00a0<\/i>: c\u2019est par rapport \u00e0 un programme\/norme, ne rentre pas dans la case.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Marie\u00a0<\/i>: pour moi aussi c\u2019est par rapport \u00e0 un attendu\u00a0; mais il y a des biais pour apprendre. Les enfants en difficult\u00e9 veulent faire partie du groupe (cf conf\u00e9rence de la 10<sup>e<\/sup> Journ\u00e9e de la Coop). Ex\u00a0: rejet de l\u2019aesh et stigmatisation<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Am\u00e9lie\u00a0<\/i>: pour moi, j\u2019entends tout de suite habilet\u00e9s sociales<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cathy\u00a0<\/i>: cf norme sociale et culturelle<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Anne-Charlotte<\/i>\u00a0: oui cf une norme\u00a0; j\u2019essaie tellement de valoriser l\u2019enfant en difficult\u00e9 qu\u2019on m\u2019envoie de la classe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0; \u00e7a d\u00e9pend tellement du v\u00e9cu, de l\u2019\u00e9tiquette coll\u00e9e sur le front des enfants\u2026 J\u2019en ai souffert toute ma scolarit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tomber sur un prof qui \u00e9tait sur mon chemin et qui a tout chang\u00e9\u00a0!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Philippe\u00a0<\/i>: oui pour moi aussi, ce prof c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0Monsieur Monpied\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 chaque rentr\u00e9e, je me demande pour quel \u00e9l\u00e8ve je serai ce \u00ab\u00a0monsieur dont on se rappelle toute notre vie\u00a0\u00bb \u2026 mais au fait, la \u00ab\u00a0difficult\u00e9 scolaire\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est quoi\u00a0? Moi je parlerais r\u00e9ellement de <i>difficult\u00e9<\/i> quand toutes les diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res d\u2019apprendre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9es <i>(voir <\/i><i>travail de recherches <\/i><i>ci-dessous pour <\/i><i>la r\u00e9union d\u2019<\/i><i>aujourd\u2019hui)<\/i> . J\u2019ai l\u2019intime conviction qu\u2019en tant que p\u00e9dagogue Freinet, en cherchant \u00e0 m\u2019adapter \u00e0 chaque enfant et de t\u00e2tonner avec eux en leur offrant toutes les chances d\u2019\u00eatre en r\u00e9ussite, alors tous les enfants progressent. Pour moi, si la \u00ab\u00a0difficult\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb persiste encore, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a \u00ab\u00a0trouble\u00a0\u00bb et alors il faut investiguer avec des personnes ressources comp\u00e9tentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nous avons parl\u00e9 et \u00e9chang\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e2tons rompus sur\u00a0: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la modalit\u00e9 des travaux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Temps pour cr\u00e9er du lien avec les enfants\u00a0? Aesh ont-elles le temps\u00a0? Est-ce toujours une vraie et bonne r\u00e9ponse\u00a0?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Se saisir des temps off\u00a0! Repas, temps conviviaux, sortir de l\u2019\u00e9cole et d\u00e9couvrir le monde hors l\u2019\u00e9cole<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; la Rentr\u00e9e\u00a0= temps tr\u00e8s important\u00a0!.. essentiel\u00a0: prendre du temps. Faire du lien\u00a0!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Croire que tout est possible<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u21d2 <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Philippe nous a propos\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux invariants de Freinet en lien avec le th\u00e8me du jour <i>(proposition\u00a0: on devrait essayer de rattacher <\/i><i>\u00e0 chaque<\/i><i> th\u00e8me \u00e0 1 ou plusieurs de ces fameux invariants)<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>invariant n\u00b01\u00a0:<\/b> <i>l\u2019enfant est de la m\u00eame nature que l\u2019adulte<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>invariant n\u00b03<\/b>\u00a0: <i>le comportement scolaire d\u2019un enfant est fonction de son \u00e9tat physiologique, organique et constitutionnel<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>invariant n\u00b07<\/b>\u00a0: <i>chacun aime choisir son travail m\u00eame si ce choix n\u2019est pas avantageux<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">On a \u00e9chang\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">surtout <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sur le n\u00b07 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">qui n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment facile \u00e0 comprendre de prime abord. Les difficult\u00e9s scolaires ne sont pas toujours dues \u00e0 un manque d\u2019intelligence ou d\u2019efforts, mais peuvent r\u00e9sulter d\u2019un d\u00e9calage entre les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019enseignement et les mani\u00e8res naturelles d\u2019apprendre d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Voici les<\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res d\u2019apprendre<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> qu\u2019il est utile de consid\u00e9rer en amont
